Return / Shipping Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. You MUST get approval before returning by mail!!

St. Eve Jewelry will accept items purchased from for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If your item has been damaged within 30 days of purchasing we are happy to replace whatever is missing (ex. missing stone, jump rings, charms). Please contact us immediately!

After 14 days of purchase there will be NO exchanges. Exchanges that are approved via email must be returned in the original jewelry box that you received it in and in a padded envelope. If the product that you are exchanging is damaged in anyway we will return the product back to you and refuse the exchange. 

If you purchased an item during a sitewide SALE all sales are FINAL and there will be no exchanges.

Buyer pays return shipping. Purchase via USPS first class with tracking.

Please allow 3-5 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase via USPS. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 

International Orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive to you depending on customs. Jewelry can take longer when going through customs so please take this into account when ordering. No tracking is available unless you email us directly and request tracking for an additional charge. We ship flat rate priority via USPS for all international orders. We are NOT responsible for any duty fees. 

We ship to the following counties at this time; Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand and Sweden.


St. Eve jewelry is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.
