Return / Shipping Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. We are here to help!
St. Eve accepts returns with an approval with the following requirements;
1. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in it's original packaging. Please email us before sending your item back at saintevejewelry@gmail.com for approval.
2. Items must be returned within 3 days after getting approval.
3. Earrings are not eligible for returns for sanitary reason. No exceptions.
Buyer pays return shipping. We recommend shipping it back to us via USPS first class with tracking.
We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns.
After 14 days of purchase there will be NO exchanges. Exchanges that are approved via email must be returned in the original jewelry box that you received it in and in a padded envelope. If the product that you are exchanging is damaged in anyway we will return the product back to you and refuse the exchange.
If you purchased an item during a sitewide SALE, all sales are FINAL and there will be no exchanges.
Please allow 2-3 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase via USPS. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
St. Eve jewelry is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.
International Orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive to you depending on customs. Jewelry can take longer when going through customs so please take this into account when ordering. We ship UPS, DHL or flat rate international USPS for all international orders. First class shipping is also available for Canada. We are NOT responsible for any duty fees.
